Everything you need to know about Microblading eyebrow treatments
In recent years, people have been paying more attention to the look and shape of their eyebrows. If you’re tired of drawing them on with gels or pencils, then microblading could be the perfect solution for you.
What is microblading?
Microblading is a form of cosmetic tattooing that can be semi permanent or permanent and can last up to 2 years. The microblading technique involves delicately drawing individual hair strokes to create a beautifully natural look.
Microblading is most commonly used to cover up gaps of lost hair, to extend or to fully reconstruct and shape eyebrows to help improve or create the desired definition.
What does the treatment entail?
Before we can set our beauty therapists on you, we’ll book you in for a consultation to discuss your needs and assess if microblading is right for you.
During your next appointment, we’ll measure the contours of your face to ensure your new eyebrows will look as natural as possible and suit your face shape. Only when you’re 100% happy will we choose the colour and apply numbing cream to begin the process.
The eyebrows will be 50% darker after the treatment, but don’t panic! They’ll lighten within the first week. After 4 – 8 weeks, we’ll invite you back to our beauty salon in West Sussex to check on how your eyebrows are healing and go over the hair strokes to ensure longevity.
