Wow, where have those years gone…. and how have we made it this far?!
You know you’ve been in business a long time when Facebook wasn’t even invented when you started! 🤣
We’ve dug through the archives and found some of these little treasures, from when we first took Body Sense over from Jenny back in 2005, to when we grew into number 52 back in 2016, to our exciting rebrand a couple of years ago!
We’ve seen 16 salon babies arrive, over 40 staff employed over the years, work experiences and apprentices come and go, friendships to last a lifetime, uncountable amounts of training courses, even more uncountable years of experience. We’ve expanded to Beautique in Sainsburys in 2013, and amalgamated back to Body Sense in 2019.
We’ve grown our treatment menu from basic beauty; nails, waxing, massage, to advanced services like skin peels, microneedling, advanced blemish removal and skin rejuvenation treatments.
We have always been at the forefront of new innovations being the first salon locally to introduce HD Brows, CND Shellac, Mesotherapy, to name a few, and now coming in January 🌟 Laser hair removal 🌟 Radio Frequency Microneedling 🌟 HIFU 🌟 IPL skin treatments. We are so excited for this next level of medical grade skin treatments and we just know you will love them!
We’ve weathered many storms – in particular the stresses of Covid-19, and whilst we don’t know what 2022 will bring us, we just know that 2022 better be ready for us!
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you who have supported us over the years, your custom, your recommendations, your reviews and your support all mean so much – we literally wouldn’t be here without you and we are so grateful.
And on a personal note, I would like to thank my incredible team Anna Carla Chloe Debbie Jane Jo Karen Kirsty Leoni Libby Maddie Steph Summer – you are literally the dream team 🌟Your commitment and work ethic is incredible and the support you have all given me over the past year in particular has been amazing.
