Cancellation Policy

Please call 01903 850680 if you cannot make your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

‘No shows’ or failure to attend your appointment will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.

You can cancel your appointment by calling 01903850680 and leaving a voicemail or you can cancel on the app, or by logging into your account on the website. We will enforce this policy due to the high cost of missed appointments and late cancellations, and the damage this does to our business.

All new clients are subject to 100% prepayment of your appointment.
