Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen out of your control, and we try to be as accommodating as possible. However, we turn clients away on a daily basis due to having a full diary so when cancellations occur every day, it very frustrating for us as a small business as well as the people that have been turned away.

Please try to give as much notice as possible when cancelling an appointment. You may be charged a cancellation fee although this will be at our discretion.

Spaces are really limited at the moment and we are still very much working with the effects that Covid has, and is having, on our business. The past months have seen a massive increase in non covid related no shows and cancellations.

If you have covid symptoms or are self isolating, you can reschedule without charge…we’d much rather see you at a later date and keep our team from having to self isolate.
