Focus Dual – HIFU and Radiofrequency Microneedling

With that in mind, we are extremely proud to launch the introduction of Focus Dual® treatments here at Body Sense. It is an incredible device and has been seen to deliver exceptional results.

What do HIFU And Radiofrequency Microneedling do?
Two separate technologies, both are powerful and effective when performed alone, but when combined, they prove to be an awesome duo. Together, they allow the skin to be lifted, firmed and tightened at every layer, resulting in total revitalisation.
HIFU stands for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound and can be used on a number of skin concerns. Its main objective is to stimulate the body’s production of collagen. Our treatments will deliver incredibly precise ultrasound energy to reach the SMAS (the deepest layer of skin tissue and the bit that surgeons work on for facelifts!) encouraging the body to make more collagen. This, in turn, improves the appearance of sagging skin.
When HIFU is paired with radiofrequency (RF) microneedling treatment, the results are even more impressive. Microneedling is the delivery of fine needles to penetrate the skin, then radiofrequency energy is released, which stimulates the body’s natural healing response. Much like HIFU, RF microneedling also increases collagen production, but it also does so much more!
RF microneedling encourages the body to increase cell turnover and produce new elastin fibres. The results of this mean that your skin will be tighter, more supple and you will see an improvement in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Plus, it is also an excellent treatment for the reduction of acne and traumatic scarring.
